We price transparently with fixed-price packages for common outcomes and flexible day rates for bespoke work. After discovery, you receive a written proposal, scope and quote, including VAT where applicable. Services typically require a deposit to secure dates, with the balance on delivery or milestones. We accept bank transfer for services and card payments for courses via our provider. Instalments are available by agreement.

On-site workshops and stakeholder sessions are available on request; reasonable travel and accommodation costs are chargeable. We operate across multiple time zones and can align to your core hours where needed. Security, confidentiality and NDAs are standard practice, and we are happy to complete supplier onboarding.

Yes. For online courses, certificates are issued automatically by our external learning platform once you meet the completion criteria. For bespoke training and consulting, we can provide a statement of participation or outcomes summary on request. If you require CPD or accreditation, let us know; we can align content to relevant frameworks and supply evidence for your records or internal reviews.

For online courses, refunds and cancellations follow the external platform’s policy displayed at checkout; any time-limited access will be clearly stated. For services, you can reschedule confirmed sessions with at least two working days‘ notice. Deposits secure project dates and are non-refundable but can be credited to a revised timeline within 60 days. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or earliest priority rebooking.
